We offer you 3 options.
No Risk – Under this package, you can sell us your premises (commercial sale and leaseback options available) and/or airspace for a fast cash injection.
Time – Assuming no conveyancing complications, a simple cash sale is the fastest way for a quick cash return. The process can be turned around in 1-2 months. Returns – Your financial return is guaranteed. Funds can be secured quickly
Risk – This is the no risk option and whilst it does not offer the maximum return achievable under Package 2 and 3, the whole process is straightforward and worry free.
Medium Risk – Under this package you retain ownership of your property. A percentage of the profits from sale of the airspace with planning consent are passed to Airspace Properties.
Time – This package can take anything from 6-12 months to
allow for design/planning and sale.
Returns – As the package aims to achieve planning consent, the resulting return is greater than package 1.
Risk – This package brings with it medium risk as unknown
variables exist around the planning process, which may be complicated. Whilst we aim to take the stress away, if you are new to the planning process you may experience some stress in this journey.
High Risk – Under this package you also retain ownership of your property and the airspace under development, we take care of everything from planning consent to construction to eventual sale of the unit/s. You simply share with us a percentage of the final profits on sale of the developed unit/s.
Time – This package can have a turnaround time of 1 – 3 years as construction time is included.
Returns – High returns are possible as this option factors in profit from a developed site.
Risk – As with any potentially high return investment, this is the high risk package. Complications can arise at any stage of the project. Our experienced team will keep you updated on all matters throughout the process and careful management, planning and execution is factored into the high returns forecast.
